We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, friendly team and is ready to play an important role within our MSK service. As a key member of the secretarial team, you’ll work closely with the MSK Supervisor to help keep our service running smoothly and ensure patients and clinicians receive the highest standard of support.

Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding. You’ll assist with typing clinical notes, supporting ward rounds and theatre documentation, managing e‑referrals, scanning and uploading information to the clinical portal, validating records, and communicating with patients and doctors when needed. No two days are quite the same, and your contribution will make a real difference.

We’re looking for someone who can produce accurate work even when things get busy, and who feels confident using Microsoft Office, SEMA, SEW, CRIS, Clinical Portal and ERS. A good understanding of data protection is essential, along with strong organisational skills, clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage, but just as important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
