An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Haematology Day Unit Nursing team as a Healthcare Assistant. This is an experienced, dedicated and well established team who would support the new applicant in settling into the role

The post will involve rotation between the Treatment Unit and the Outpatient Review Clinics to provide support to the nursing team and the patients treated here.  

The post is for up to 30  hours per week to be worked between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and set working days would be possible on discussion with the unit manager.  

You must possess GCSE's in Maths and English at grades 9 - 4 (or equivalent).

An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Princess Royal Hospital Operating Theatres for the position of the Theatre Department Manager. The successful applicant will be a current clinical specialist in the field of peri-operative nursing/operating department practice. 

The post holder will take responsibility for the overall management   of the peri-operative teams and the theatres at The Princess Royal Hospital.  They will be responsible for ensuring clinical management to the highest possible standard for all relevant personnel within the theatre environment. 

To apply for this position, you must be either HCPC or NMC registered with experience at a Band 6 level or equivalent.

The post holder will primarily work Monday to Friday office hours but will participate in out of hours working to support service delivery.

The role of the midwife sonographer is to perform and report independently on a wide range of ultrasound examinations. This includes 1st trimester screening, anomaly scans, growth, liquor volume and Doppler, placentography, fertility scan, Early Pregnancy including transvaginal scanning as well as obstetric scans that may be necessary during pregnancy.  obstetric scans, as necessary throughout pregnancy.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust welcomes applications for a Specialty Doctor within our busy Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery team.  The principal role of the post holder will be to contribute to the delivery of a first-class Upper GI service. The post-holder will be based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital with non-resident middle grade on-call rota responsibilities at the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. Contribution to an out of hours on call rota is core to this role.
