You will need to strive to deliver excellent care to patients throughout their journey from admission to transfer/ discharge and have a desire to develop and improve service delivery, and an enthusiasm to educate and develop other health care professionals caring for a wide variety of patients. You need to be able to work autonomously.
The successful candidate will need to be well motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to be receptive to change and demonstrate active assistance and support to your more senior colleagues in the on going development of the department.
