Previous experience is not essential as we have an excellent teaching and competency package & full training will be given.
Main duties of the job
As a dialysis nurse you will care for patients in Chronic Kidney Failure who attend the out patient unit for dialysis 3 times a week. You will also care for patients with acute kidney injury and inpatients requiring dialysis on the Renal Ward.
Responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of individualised patient care. Working in partnership with patients and their carers to ensure the patients training needs are met ensuring their safety to dialyse at home.
