We are pleased to be holding a Recruitment Event on 28th March. If you are shortlisted for this role you must be able to attend the event in person in Shrewsbury. Interviews and ID checks will be held on the day.
We are currently looking for Staff Nurses to join our teams at both The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. Both full time and part time roles are available, across a variety of wards and specialities.
The areas we will be recruiting to at this event are as follows:
The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital
- Endoscopy (fixed term)
- Ward 28 - Frailty & Medicine
- Ward 26 - Endo/Medicine
- Ward 24 - Respiratory
The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford
- Endoscopy (fixed term)
- Ward 9 - Frail and Complex Elderly
- Ward 11 - Nephrology/Medicine
- Ward 17 - Respiratory
- Ward 15/16 - Stroke/Acute Stroke Unit

Main duties of the job
- To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care for a group of patients in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines.
- To take charge of the ward for a span of duty, normally working under the supervision of senior staff.
- To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
