We are looking for an experienced and influential People & Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner to join the senior leadership team within our Emergency Care Division.
Working closely with Divisional leaders, you will act as a trusted partner and expert advisor, providing strategic guidance, support and constructive challenge across the full range of people and workforce matters.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior HR/People professional, ideally with a Master's degree and/or Chartered MCIPD status, who has experience partnering with executive or senior leadership teams in a large, complex and unionised organisation. They will have a strong track record in workforce transformation, organisational development, employee relations and strategic workforce planning, alongside exceptional influencing, analytical and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be a credible and collaborative people professional, capable of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment. You will champion an inclusive, high-performing culture, supporting leaders to develop engaged teams, improve wellbeing and embed continuous improvement.
