An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Payroll Department as a Payroll Officer (Maternity Cover). We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work confidently on their own initiative.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. You will work closely with managers and staff at all levels, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential—both written and verbal.
The post is varied and will suit someone with strong problem-solving abilities, good numeracy skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is looking for an enthusiastic person, who enjoys working in a very busy and diverse environment, to join our friendly Payroll department. You would be part of a small flexible team, within the Shared Payroll Service in Shropshire and would assist in delivering a Payroll Service. Job share would be considered.
