Provide day-to-day operational leadership for patient scheduling and pathway management, ensuring the Centre consistently meets access, quality, and operational standards. The post holder is responsible for the production and maintenance of service timetables, coordination of theatre and clinic allocation, and delivery of accurate performance reporting. By proactively identifying and escalating risks, the role supports efficient patient flow, high data quality, and excellent patient experience.
