We are looking to appoint a Support Officer on a full-time permanent basis to provide day‑to‑day support as part of the Healthroster Team, assisting managers and colleagues across the Trust in the effective use of the Healthroster system.
The successful applicant will deliver guidance and assistance to ensure accurate and efficient use of system functions, supporting the Healthroster Lead and Healthroster Supervisor with the delivery of training and ongoing operational support to ensure the Healthroster system is utilised appropriately, consistently and in accordance with Data Protection legislation and Trust requirements.
Main duties of the job
- Provide responsive, customer‑focused helpdesk support for Healthroster, ensuring all queries are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Healthroster Lead and the Healthroster Supervisor to support system rollout, training, maintenance and improvements across the Trust.
- Provide informed responses and guidance to users, helping them navigate and make effective use of Healthroster.
- Proactively identify improvements, training needs and opportunities that encourage the full utilisation and optimisation of Healthroster functionality.
