This is an great opportunity to join the Executive Support Team at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team of Executive PAs/administrative staff who support the Trust’s Executive Team, with regard to office workflow, infrastructure planning, delivery and resources.

As part of the role you will provide an effective and efficient secretarial service and supervise the administrators. You must be able to work pro-actively and on your own initiative with a sound understanding of the business of the Trust and current practices. You must also be able to manage your own workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed correctly, to contribute to the smooth running of the service. You will be a key player within the business support team and lead by example.
