We are seeking to appoint a Booking Team Leader to manage a team within the Booking + Scheduling department, ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective booking service in accordance with local Trust policies and national RTT guidelines.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience of managing a team along with excellent organisational and communication skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
This is a full time post based at Sentinel Park, Shrewsbury
Main duties of the job
- To provide front line leadership to staff members within the busy Booking + Scheduling department at Sentinel Park.
- Ensuring smooth operational performance of a booking team
- To manage a teams performance and to provide training and development for staff members
- To be able to analyse and interpret detailed and complex information
- To have a deep understanding of National and local RTT policies
