ePMA Programme Manager

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust

An exciting opportunity will shortly be available to lead one of our most important digital transformation programmes: the implementation of System C’s CareFlow Medicines Management Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (CMM ePMA) solution across the Trust.

As ePMA Programme Manager, you will provide the leadership, structure and momentum needed to take the programme from mobilisation through build, pilot and Trust-wide rollout. Working with pharmacy, clinical, nursing, digital and operational teams - and with our supplier - you will coordinate delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure new ways of working are introduced safely and effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced programme leader to shape a high-profile transformation that will support safer medicines management, improve clinical workflows and help release more time for patient care.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Lead a complex, organisation-wide digital transformation programme.
  • Build trusted relationships across clinical, operational, pharmacy and digital teams.
  • Work confidently with senior stakeholders and technology suppliers.
  • Translate programme plans into safe, sustainable and measurable change.
  • Bring energy, resilience and a strong focus on patients, people and delivery.
