We are currently looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Theatre Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners to join our theatre team. You must be a Registered Nurse or ODP. Applications are welcome from individuals who are approaching the end of their training.
The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital comprises of 9 Operating Theatres covering a range of Major and Day Case Surgery including Colo-Rectal, Urology, Upper GI and Bariatric, Vascular, ENT, Max Fax, Orthopaedic Trauma and an Emergency CEPOD Theatre 24/7.
You will be required to cover a range of shifts which may include Weekends, Early/ Late Shifts, Long Days, Bank Holidays, On-Calls and Night Duties (Obstetric, Anaesthetic Practitioners only). You will be based at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, but there may be times when you will be required to work cross site at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
