INTERNAL VACANCY
This post will join an existing team of dietitians within the Trust and will provide a new service to antenatal patients with diabetes as part of the Saving Babies Lives initiative as well as contributing to our busy outpatient dietetic clinic service.
Main duties of the job
- The successful post holder will work with the MDT within antenatal services providing dietetic support to patients who have Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes, as well as supporting the outpatient dietetic service.
- The role includes management of outpatient clinics as well as providing structured education programmes.
- There will be senior support from dietetic colleagues including both the paediatric diabetes and adult community services.
- Close working with the MDT will be essential in developing this service
- Training relevant to this post will be supported

This post will join our proactive Dietetic team consisting of a wide variety of specialities including Paediatrics, Neonates, Weight Management, Spinal, Renal, Oncology as well as acute and community teams.
