We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and conscientious full time Pharmacy Assistant to join our existing team.

Previous experience of community/hospital pharmacy is desirable, however this may be an ideal first job opportunity as full training in all areas will be given to successful candidates.

We are a department that is committed to the development of staff and you will be encouraged to develop your skills in all aspects of hospital pharmacy practice in our busy department.

Your duties will be rotational between Wards Services, Dispensary and Pharmacy Stores and to aid in delivery of medications efficiently and effectively around the Trust.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess or study toward an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services. There will be a requirement to participate in extended hours working including weekends and bank holiday on a rotational basis.

Our Pharmacy is staffed by a friendly and sociable team and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our department.
