INTERNAL VACANCY
To lead the dietitians in the acute dietetic team on both acute hospital sites. To provide clinical expertise using the latest evidence based practice to a wide variety of patients across all the wards. To work collaboratively with the other clinical band 7 Dietitians to provide a high quality of care across all clinical areas.
Main duties of the job
To lead the team in assessing, diagnosing. interpreting and managing a caseload of often complex patients
To be a role model for the team in driving expertise within this area.
To support the team in their development and provide training within the hospital as needed.
To complete audits to demonstrate clinical effectiveness and provide evidence in line with demand and capacity methodology.
