The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with digital healthcare systems.

This is a critical time in the Trust's digital journey as we prepare to launch a number of digital projects including digitisation of records, communication systems, electronic prescribing and administration and a range of other applications that will significantly improve patient safety and quality of care. The Digital Lead Nurse/AHP role will help lead the implementation of Neonatal BadgerNet at SaTH. This will encompass the engagement of clinical staff in capturing requirements, understanding clinical workflows and the provision of professional advice, enabling the use of digital technology to be embedded into clinical practice.

You will play a vital role in the Neonatal Digital Transformation program, working alongside senior leaders, nurses of all banding, neonatal consultants, and service managers.
