Workforce Business Partner - Scheduled Care

We are looking for a Workforce Business Partner to join our team. Our BP model has evolved over recent years and are now seeing real benefits from our integrated business approach.
A vacancy has arisen for a BP supporting our Scheduled Care Group, and in addition will provide occasional HR advice and support to a number of corporate teams. The successful candidate will join a supportive and established BP team of four.
We are looking for an exceptional and innovative HRBP to support these key areas of our organisation. You will need to be a strategic thinker, role model best practice and our Trust values, have a can do approach, be seen as key member of the management team and be able to support the organisation to be an employer of choice.
You will be an experienced HR professional, preferably with extensive experience in a complex organisation, and able to demonstrate how you build effective relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

The role is located at our Telford site, however cross site working is required.
