The successful applicant will have a positive can do attitude and be able to demonstrate flexibility and initiative when dealing with a wide range of administrative duties, and have experience in filing systems.
Applicants should possess developed keyboard skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
This position will require cross site travel to cover admin duties at both The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.

Main duties of the job
You will work under own initiative to provide administrative support to the Estates team, which includes typing/word processing and the distribution and filing/collating of documents, together with acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from ‘end-users’ of the Estates services via the Helpdesk, when required.
You will also help cover to ensure that an efficient Reception/’Front of House’ service is provided for the Estates Department, including implementation of the ‘Contractor Control’ procedures, and issuing of Staff ID badges.
