The Shrewsbury and Telford Trust are on a journey of change ‘getting to Good’ and as the Divisional Director of Operations you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Care Division for Trust across two sites.

You will work closely with the Divisional Clinical Director and Divisional Head of Nursing to provide strategic direction and operational leadership to deliver high quality and safe clinical services within required national and local standards. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of day to day operational performance of the Division ensuring sustainable delivery of high quality patient care, safety processes, operational standards and quality/ service improvement programmes in line with the Trusts strategic plans. The post holder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in monitoring performance against objectives and in ensuring high standards of corporate governance are adhered to.
