Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to join The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust Theatre Department at a time when we are redeveloping a workforce to help the recovery and restoration programme to provide safe, quality services that are accessible and sustainable for future generations.
Working as part of a team you will provide exceptional care for each patient, only ever caring for one patient at a time, enabling you to ensure you are always doing your very best for every patient every time.
Please refer to the attached job descriptions for detailed duties for each role.
Working for our organisation
You’ll have your NMC registration already, and in addition to this we can offer you dedicated support whilst you settle into your new role. You will remain supernumerary until the Theatre competencies are completed (typically 3 months recovery, 9 months Theatres), and we also have a committed internal professional development team who oversee all training we provide. There is also specific Theatres training and courses available to help you develop your skills and progress your career with SaTH.
