We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Theatre Team Leader to join our Theatre Team at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on a 12-month fixed term contract or Secondment. This post is specifically to work within the Professional Development Team within the theatre department to support and guide the development of all staff.
You will be required to cover a range of shifts which will include weekends and nights. There will also be an expectation that during periods of staff sickness or staff shortages you may be asked to work across both sites.
You should demonstrate in your application a desire to develop your career within the theatre setting and have a strong commitment to teaching.

To function as an competent clinical practitioner within the designated clinical area.
To deliver direct patient care whilst, co-ordinating and overseeing nursing/theatre practice.
To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of clinical activities during their span of duty.
To ensure that there is efficient and effective utilisation of resources to deliver optimum quality care to their client group.
