We require a dynamic and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team . The team consists of 8 staff members.
You will be led by our Office Manager and other senior Administration and clerical staff. You must be able to demonstrate SaTH Trust Values at the interview.
The successful applicant should have a working knowledge of Sema, other systems are being implemented and training will be provided for these.
Main duties of the job
To work as a member of the Therapy Centre team contributing to the efficient and effective working of the team and establishing professional communication with all members, visitors to the Therapy Centre Department and users of the service.
Working as part of the Therapy Admin team to provide support in clerical and reception duties.
Using office equipment to input data that pertains to Therapy activity to inform departmental managers, the Trust and the Department of Health.
Working for our organisation
The Administration and Clerical team work in partnership with The Princess Royal Hospital and supports the In and Outpatient service covering Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech and Language Therapists.
The post holder will provide admin and reception cover to all Therapy areas of the admin team as directed by the supervising admin assistant and therapy office manager in accordance with agreed procedures.

Minimum GCSE English and Maths ( Grade C and above) pass or equivalent
ECDL or equivalent CLAIT
Knowledge and Experience
Recent Office Experience
Proven Data Entry Skills
Efficient and Accurate
Knowledge of IT systems Windows/Excel /Email Etc
Experience of reception duties
Understanding of NHS working enviroment
Previous experience of PAS eg Semahelix Rio systems
