The best candidates will have broad experience in using technology to develop and deliver learning interventions and also experience of advanced data manipulation to produce reliable statistical reports. Advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel are essential and it would be desirable to have experience of other business intelligence tools.

The successful candidate will drive the implementation of digital learning & the utilisation of educational data from across the organisation to offer assurance and to underpin evidence based decision making. They would also need an aptitude for problem-solving and an eye for detail.

You should have the skills to prioritise workload, in a fast paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and motivate others effectively; being able to establish productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
