We are seeking an efficient individual with strong administration, organisational and communication skills who can provide a professional PA service.  The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including, managing multiple diaries,  regular minuting of meetings and be able to work to meet tight deadlines.  Recent NHS experience in a PA type role is desirable.

The post holder will work closely with and provide support to the Executive Assistant to the Director of People and OD as and when required.

Main duties of the job

The role of Personal Assistant is required to provide a full and comprehensive Personal Assistant service to the Deputy Directors of People and OD and People Operations, including the management of mailboxes, diaries and will involve providing a full administrative service to meetings / committees at a Board Sub Committee / Forum level including the taking and preparing of agendas, comprehensive minutes and the collation and timely distribution of papers.
