We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and hard working individual for the role of Personal Assistant to the Medical Directorate. This is a busy and challenging role requiring the successful candidate to administratively support the Medical Directorate team, including taking minutes at a number of meetings.

As an experienced Personal Assistant, you will effectively liaise with internal and external colleagues and manage the diaries for the team in order to maximise use of their time. You will be responsible for typing a wide variety of documentation with the occasional audio transcription and will be required to arrange internal and external meetings/visits, which may include the booking of venues and travel.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be confident and able to communicate at all levels. You will have proven extensive experience of working in a PA role, coupled with taking minutes at formal meetings and audio typing experience is also necessary, as is experience of electronic diary management and working to tight deadlines.
