*On boarding Advisor - Band 3 - subject to confirmation of Agenda for Change Banding**
Fixed term / secondment opportunity until 31/12/20
We have opportunities for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our brand new, friendly On boarding Team. Our vision is to deliver safe and kind care and by joining our On boarding team, you could help us achieve this.
This is an exciting new department which has very recently come into place at The Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that new starters have a positive and supportive On boarding experience.
Working within a team, organisation skills and attention to detail are a must, combined with the ability to work to changing demands and priorities. The workload is varied, therefore your ability to prioritise your work as well as working as part of a team is essential.
A high level of computer literacy is required, together with an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service / Business Administration or equivalent experience. Great communication skills are essential as is an understanding of relevant employment legislation.
We are looking for someone who is innovative, has excellent customer service skills and can demonstrate the Trust values.
