This is a new post in our Trust's legal services department, which is a fast paced, busy working environment, dealing with claims, inquest hearings, requests for data disclosure and a disparate range of legal enquiries associated with all aspects of clinical and corporate services.
As legal services Team Leader the post holder will hold a level of responsibility within the team for providing an exemplary service in the business administration of processes, team databases, responding to enquiries via email, telephone or in person, assisting staff in preparation of witness statements, supporting staff attending coroners inquests and liaising with NHS Resolution and HM Coroners Officers.
The post holder will have experience of working in a legal environment and possess a high level of resilience, tenacity and integrity. Great attention to detail, good organisational and communication skills are also required in this role. It is expected that the post holder will be able to demonstrate their commitment to the Trust values.
