The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) are one of five Trust's in the NHS working partnership with Virginia Mason Institute in Seattle, USA.
An opportunity has arisen to join the KPO Team as a KPO Specialist. The successful individual will join the Trust at an exciting and significant time supporting the organisation to maximise the learning from Transforming Care Production System for the benefit of our patients. Working with teams across the Trust, patients, executives,and external partners the successful candidate will have the skills to teach, coach and support transformation, to identify opportunities for improvement and apply world class management.
To succeed in the team you will need to be creative, have the right values, attitude and behaviours, with a passion for continuous improvement and an understanding of factors that achieve true transformation. You must be able to engage and influence a wide range of people and be able to work with the Transforming Care Production System (TCPS) standard processes and have a thirst for success.
To be part of the KPO team you will need to have knowledge of our organisation and lean concepts.
The role comes with a fantastic development opportunity to gain lean experience / qualifications and to be coached and /or supported by members of the KPO team, with access to the wider NHSI network and VMI sensei.
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to travel on occasions, to have or undertake Advanced Lean training and may be required to undertake international developmental opportunities including Seattle, USA.
