To work closely with the People Advisory Service Manager and the People Advisory Services and Governance Manager to ensure that all workforce reports are appropriately designed and delivered in support of business objectives.
To work closely with colleagues within the People & OD Directorate and across the Trust to ensure that workforce information systems and processes are appropriately aligned with other functions e.g. finance, activity and contracting information.
To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on routine, less complex employee relation matters.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will analyse and present Employee Relations data to identify areas of opportunity supporting the People Advisory Team in providing a proactive approach to leadership development.
To present reports in a variety of formats and make recommendations for improvement.
To ensure all reports are accurate and prepared in a timely manner both on an ad-hoc basis and in accordance with monthly and annual reporting schedules.
To support the People Advisory Team and Administration team to provide cover and ensure we collectively deliver a professional and efficient service to all Managers and staff.
To actively participate in the Advisor of the Day service, referring more complex queries to the People Service Advisors.
