About you

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Financial Management function. Providing leadership for the Divisional Finance teams and ensuring that a robust control environment is in place.

You and your team will play a crucial role in supporting the decision making within the divisions and the Trust as a whole.  Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you will need to build the brand of finance with the delivery of high quality financial information and supporting this with your commercial acumen and insight.

You will be involved in multiple on-going high profile programmes of work, so you will need to evidence your ability to balance the conflicting priorities of the day to day and specific projects, whilst ensuring you maintain a focused, motivated and engaged team.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant and have a track record for delivery within a large and highly complex organisation, you must demonstrate your ability to engage and influence at every level of the organisation, lead large complex teams and change culture.

Participation in the Trust's on-call Manager rota is required.
