An exciting opportunity has become available to join our AHP Workforce Planning department as a Professional Education Facilitator.
The successful applicant will work along side the current AHP Workforce manager and Business Support Officer to advance the AHP role across the trust looking at education and advancements for our current and future workforce.
You will work as part of a wider team promoting and facilitating the AHP workforce, working with other senior managers and education leads to help deliver and promote the service to the public.
Across site working is required.
Main duties of the job
- To support the AHP development team
- To offer professional guidance and support to AHP staff, students, and learners.
- Support and develop guidelines
- Help to develop Pre-registration Apprenticeship programmes
