We are looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Nurse to join the Corporate Nursing team on a 2 year fixed term contract.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the professional educational and workforce development strategy as well as providing professional advice on Nursing policy and practice.
You will support and compliment the existing professional development team in the successful delivery of the Nursing Associate and Preceptorship programme and the emergence of new and developing roles.
You will work closely with the Care groups Heads of Nursing to identify a number of strategies to enhance and strengthen staff and learner development and training to support retention of the nursing workforce and the delivery of safe effective care.
The post requires you to have excellent communication skills , the aptitude to work independently as well as a part of a team are essential as is the ability to be adaptable and flexible to meet competing demands to support the delivery of a wide range of quality work streams.

The post will be covering both hospital sites.
