We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Medical Staffing team for an internal fixed term/ secondment opportunity of 6 months.
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced and challenging environment.
You will be a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, providing advice to managers, staff, agencies and external sources. You will support and advise on a wide range of employment issues including recruitment, sickness management and terms and conditions of employment.
The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment and be able to travel cross-site to attend interviews and meetings as required. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being a good team player. This role involves all aspects of recruitment including both junior doctor changeover and attending senior Appointments Advisory Committee (AAC) panels.
