An exciting opportunity has arisen within Resuscitation Services for an enthusiastic and organised person to assist the Resuscitation Officers (RO) by managing the administrative element of the service. This will include booking, managing and uploading candidate details onto the Resuscitation Council website and ensuring all the appropriate training materials are available. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the RO diary, taking course bookings, maintaining registers and issuing certificates under the direction of the Resuscitation Officers.
Sending and responding to emails is a large part of this role as there is plenty of administrative input required in the organisation of all the many intermediate and advanced life support courses. The role may also include preparing the training venue for teaching sessions and cleaning of some of the equipment. This role has a cross site element to it so the successful candidate must be able to travel between sites as required.
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills dealing with a wide range of multi professional staff, verbal and non-verbal.
