The Head of Capital will be responsible for managing Backlog Capital and Minor Projects for the Trust which can vary from several hundred thousand to several million pounds -

  1. Including resource management and programme budgets.
  2. Planning, monitoring and controlling all aspects of agreed portfolio programme to ensure cost effective.
  3. Ensure Trust's strategic goals are met.

Main duties of the job

The provision of leadership to Project Managers, undertaking formal role of Contract Administrator for the delivery stage of projects.

Producing documentation including financial and progress reporting, highlight and checkpoint progress reports, quality assurance reports, risk / issue management logs related to the programme.

Line management of the Trust's internal capital project team (interim and substantive).
